Lingonberry + Oat Smoothie

Lingonberry is Finland’s own superfood, but there aren’t that many genuinely lingonberry-flavored products on the market. That’s why we wanted to make a good-tasting and healthy lingonberry smoothie, which even lingonberry-haters can love. One Bär Lingonberry Smoothie includes about 70 grams of lingonberries, and no added sugar. The flavor is nice and familiar without all the sourness, which is curbed by apple and oats. Lingonberry has had a lot of great publicity in Finland recently, and we believe this local forest berry deserves all that attention.
