The sweet strawberry is included in many smoothies, but we wanted to make a plain strawberry smoothie. No bananas or other berries, except a dash of red currant. This way the strawberry can shine on its own, and a bit healthier dessert or snack will surely be loved by many. The fruits’ and berries’ own sugars sweeten the smoothie, and the oat drink adds a bit of energy in to your day. The bright red color is sure to brighten your day!
